KsefMonitor - single-station version

All your KSeF invoices under control

Since mandatory KSeF came into force, every invoice in a company originates in the Ministry of Finance system. KsefMonitor connects to KSeF via API and brings all documents to your computer — together with the original XML files. Locally you gain what the portal lacks: payment statuses, cost categories, assignments and notes.

Single-station version

A licence for one computer and one user, with a local database — you install it, paste the KSeF token and invoices start flowing in. You can handle up to 3 companies — ideal for a sole proprietorship, also with an additional company. Need teamwork or more companies? Choose the multi-station version.
